Most human hair sold at the beauty supply store is non cuticle hair. The cuticle has been stripped with an acid bath and sometimes even mixed with animal hair, synthetic fibers, or fabric. Often the hair is also coated with silicone, which loses its coat of sheen after several washes. And the beauty supply hair is usually not reusable. 

Cuticles are strong and transparent cells that overlap each other. Cuticles are the most outer layer part of the hair shaft.  These tiny microscopic structures protect the hair and its inner cell structures from damage. The shine that makes healthy hair so attractive is due to the cuticles. With the cuticles intact you can treat the hair like your very own. 

Once payment is cleared through the bank verification process the item will be processed and shipped within 7- 14 business days. Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and postage cost. We cannot distinguish orders placed separately; shipping fees will apply to each order being shipped. We recommend that you group your items into one order to prevent numerous shipping charges. We offer 7-14 business day processing and shipping days, however expedited shipping options are available for additional costs. To prevent from fraud we will only ship to the billing address associated with the credit card used for payment.

Yes it can, however you still have to be careful as you would your own hair. Also be mindful to keep the hair hydrated/deep conditioned. We also recommend that you use a professional licensed cosmetologist that specializes in coloring hair extensions.

Ideally all wefts are not meant to be cut. If you need to cut the wefts we recommend sealing the wefts so that the hair will not shed excessively.

Yes it will, but the more you straighten the hair the more you will lose the pattern. It is important to use a quality heat protectant on your hair. The hair is 100% pure virgin human hair so it can become heat damaged just as your own hair would. Also remember that the hair is not attached to any cuticles so it is no longer receiving nourishment. So if you continuously straighten the hair please make sure the hair receives the appropriate conditioning to retain the moisture and prevent breakage.

A co-wash is when you wash your hair only using conditioner. The conditioner provides the hair with moisture and helps to hydrate the hair. This is recommended for those who love to wash their hair very often.
